Complaints
We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after you receive your item to request a refund.
To be entitled to a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, un-used, undamaged and undamaged, with labels and in its original packaging.
To start returning you can contact us at info@lenjivac.com if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior request for a refund will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions about returning to info@lenjivac.com.
Return of funds
We will notify you when we receive and review your return. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your funds will automatically be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@lenjivac.com.
U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, LENJIVAC BEG je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex i Dina metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For information about prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
Delivery of goods
If we have the product in stock, the delivery time is up to 24h.otherwise, the delivery time is two weeks, i.e. 10 working days. If you are in urgent need of a product, call us and check when it can be sent at the earliest. The delivery price for sloths is 700D and for naps is 450d.

On behalf of the company, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers/ users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is only available to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Lazivac BEG (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.
Protecting confidential transaction data
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, and thus the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. No credit card information is available to our system.
