Complaints and returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days after you receive your item to request a refund.

To be entitled to a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, un-used, undamaged and undamaged, with labels and in its original packaging. 

To start returning you can contact us at info@lenjivac.com if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior request for a refund will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions about returning to info@lenjivac.com. 

Damages and problems 

Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it. 

Exceptions / non-refundable articles

Certain types of items may not be returned, such as reduced products, special orders, or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article. 

Replacement 

Replacement of the product is possible within 7 days after the product is taken over.

The buyer is obliged to return the product in the condition in which I received it, packaged and with labels in order for the replacement to be accepted.

The buyer bears all shipping costs.

Return of funds

We will notify you when we receive and review your return. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your funds will automatically be returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@lenjivac.com.

In case of Return of goods and refund of funds to the buyer who has previously paid one of the payment cards, in part or in whole, regardless of the reason for return, LENJIVAC BEG is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.
